MIA Airport Security System

FDi Systems has extensive experience in creating Graphic User Interface (GUI) Control Systems for safety critical and secure operations. Our work includes the patented system for security operations at Miami Airport and the control system integrating security cameras, emergency telephones and People Mover operations at DFW Airport.

DFW Airport People Mover System

The custom software applications provided by FDi Systems provide both the user interface and the integration of subsytems such as the camera control system, the door alarm and access card system and the emergency telephone system to provide a common single operating screen with recorded information and playback available to the user. These applications use Active-X and custom Dynamic Link Libraries (DLLs) provided by the sub-system suppliers to create the final integrated control system.

FDi Systems has also written small integrated custom control applications for manned traffic control systems at both the Port of Tampa and the Lindberg Road Tunnel in St Louis MO.

If customers or Main Contractors can supply or provide access to the Active-X Controls, DLLs and databases used by the sub-systems FDi Systems can in general integrate the systems together to the customer’s operational specification.
