E30 Server

The E30 server has served us well and was the main military specification server hardware platform from 2003 until early 2012, however although its dual quad core Xeon Processors were considered screaming fast in its glory days they cannot compete in a modern world. The E30 also consumes 500W of power which was considered miserly for this power of server over most of its life. However all good things come to an end and the latest X5 i5 Quad core server module can deliver 8 times the power for under 150W, so we made the decision to withdraw this product from our product range. FDi Systems can still service or repair these very sturdy servers whilst parts remain available but hope customers will see the clear benefits of moving to the X5 modular platform for their military grade server requirements.
