X-Series Analog Input/Output (AIO) and Programmable Input/Output (PIO) Modules are designed to be stand alone control PCs with combinations of analog and digital input and output built into the module. Each module has its own inbuilt power supply with fused 110V ac input and fused dc output. Each module can have a single 6GB/s SATA SSD plus up to 4 other AIO or PIO devices. Presently we can offer SeaDAC Lite 8126 devices with 32bits of PIO from Sealevel Systems or the 1608G with 16 Analog inputs or the 3105 with 16 analog outputs from Measurement Computing . X-Series AIO/PIO modules are held in the chassis by 4 thumb screws which allow removal and replacement under power without the need for tools. Front LEDs are provided for ac power, dc power and SSD “in-use”. Multiple 10, 14 and 50 way 2.54mm pitch IDC header connectors are provided to connect external AIO/PIO to the integrated internal devices.

X5 AIO/PIO Module

X-Series AIO/PIO PC modules are supplied with Windows 7 Professional operating system. The Modules are very low power with consumption under 15W on idle and typically around 50W with 4 integrated devices operating. The integrated devices are easy to program using SeaMAX from Sealevel Systems or Universal Library from Measurement Computing . FDi Systems can also create custom GUI control applications using X-Series AIO/PIO module hardware and SeaMAX and Universal library software and would welcome an opportunity to provide a quote for your custom software application if provided with a specification.
