X5 Server Module

X-Series Server and PC Modules are designed to be stand alone powerful servers or PCs. Each module has its own inbuilt power supply with fused 110V ac input and fused dc output. Each module can have a single or dual 6GB/s SATA SSD. Dual SSDs can be mirrored or set up as RAID 0 to maximize storage capacity. Modules are held in the chassis by 4 thumb screws which allow removal and replacement under power without the need for tools. Front LEDs are provided for ac power, dc power and SSD “in-use”.

X-Series Server modules can be supplied with a Windows 2008 R2 Hyper-V with Windows 2008 R2 Server and/or SUSE Linux v11 SP2 Server Virtual Machines. The i5 Quad core module can support up to 4 servers on a Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise Hyper-V virtualisation server.
